Calle Seminario 727
Calle is Italian for "street". Seminario, because at its cul-de-sac there used to be an entrance to a now closed seminary. 727 is the number of the tenement house, but in fact the address is: Rione Duomo 727. In the past, Italian cities were divided into quarters belonging to a given parish. Street names have been added relatively recently - for ease of use.
